So happy we found this hidden gem.Kathy is the most beautiful person I have met this year. Wonderful experience last week when I visited Complete Family Dental for my regular dental check up with. Dr Umisha was very professional in her approach and I felt very comfortable during the procedure. Dr Umisha explained everything in detail about the treatment and the cost.The staff were also very friendly.Really it is a Complete Family Dental since my whole family have been treated by Dr Umisha for a couple of years and I will strongly recommend this place.I have referred a few friends as well and they have also given a good feedback. The best dentist I have ever been to!Dr Patel, Kathy and her assistants have created a safe, inviting and supportive dental practice that everyone will feel comfortable in. After years of avoiding the the dentist due to an irrational fear, I chose a local dentist that has the HUMM payment plan option and great reviews, I never turned back!I was treated with care and was wholly supported throughout my dental journey. The payment plan was a godsend in the current economic climate.If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I highly recommend. The entire team is amazing and accommodating, honestly, they’re superstars! Also, if you’re nervous, just ask for the squishy fish, best stress ball buddy ever!

I had a wonderful experience at Complete Family Dental this morning.The receptionist, dentist and young assistant were all super friendly, calm, patient and accommodating.I ended up having a much needed wisdom tooth removal in the chair. I was fairly anxious before hand. The dentist sat with me to answer all my questions and give his knowledge.The extraction was by far, way more pleasant than I had imagined it to be. I am happy to report that I am back home and comfortable and will be back in a couple of weeks for my next wisdom tooth extraction.Pricing was fair and explained to me before they did anything.Thank you 🙏

Dr Umisha Patel is a very knowledgeable dentist. I have always been scared going to a dentist but the way she treats you, you don’t feel a thing (she is very gentle). I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted at once and she made it a very smooth procedure. Since then I get my 6 monthly checks/clean ups there (my whole family including my 3 year old girl goes there). All the staff there are very friendly and welcoming too. Would highly recommend them.

The best dental experience I’ve ever had. At 20 weeks pregnant I was hesitant to go to the dentist but had cracked my tooth and needed it fixed. I was fit into the schedule quickly and all the staff were so kind, gentle and accommodating. Highly recommend if you are looking for a patient dentist or have dental anxiety. The staff are so beautiful, kind and helpful in every aspect with sharing their knowledge for a better understanding of any issues, any 1st timer to this dentist like my daughter felt very comfortable and safe with the staff instantly and she thought the dentist was magic, also they understand finances can get tough so they help out to work around you and are not pushy.Absolutely amazing!!! I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. From calling and speaking with Cathy who had me an appointment within on a few hours for an excruciating toothache, to the absolute skill and kindness that both Cathy and Dr Patel demonstrated in extracting my tooth. My heartfelt thanks to both of them for seeing me after hours on a Saturday. I wish I could give 10 stars! I have a real phobia of the dentist and Dr Patel was very patient and understanding. We have been seeing Dr Umisha for all our family dental needs for a few years now. I came last week with my young daughter. When we walked in she was very nervous, she was quite worked up about what to expect.Doctor Patel, the dental nurse and dental receptionist made our visit so enjoyable – they calmed her down very quickly, made it a very special and exciting experience, she even got to help as a special dental nurse assistant for me whilst I had my check up. When we got home, she asked when she could visit again as it was so much fun and that she learned a lot about her teeth and wants to eat less sugar to look after them!Couldn’t have asked for a better trip to the dentist and so glad it will be something she looks forward to.

I went to Complete Family Dental Clinic with my adult son with disability. I did not expect much as my son never cooperates.l must add dentist Umeesha Patel was so patient and good,first time my son got his dental cleaning done. I never expected this outcome.l was very impressed the way they dealt with my son.He even agreed to visit the clinic next time and Umeesha has become out favourite dentist..At the reception Kathy is very kind and welcoming. I’m so pleased I found Complete Family Dental. Dr Patel and her amazing team made my experience at the dentist not so daunting. I’m so happy to have found Complete Dental Care, my 7 and 8 year old had their first dental checkups there and now want to become dentists. I had my tooth extraction done by Dr.Patel , She and her team clearly explained the procedure and answered all the questions. Most importantly, the extraction was done at a slow pace in order to minimize the healing process. They did not rush to complete the process which would have caused undesired side effects. I just finished having quite a bit of cosmetic dentistry with Dr Umisha and am extremely happy with my results! I’ve had problematic teeth for many years, so decided to finally have teeth whitening and a few crowns put in. My results were even better than I could have anticipated, I now have very healthy nice looking teeth for the first time in a long time – I’m so happy with them!! The team at complete family dental were so patient and understanding with any of my requests, and Dr Umisha does an excellent job of explaining everything and keeping you informed which is very comforting when it comes to the dentist!
